VEGANUARY AT FOUR SEASONS HOTEL LONDON

LONDON’S MOST LUXURIOUS DINING SPOT FOR ‘VEGANUARY’ 2022 – FOUR SEASONS HOTEL LONDON AT PARK LANE

With ‘Veganuary’ fast approaching, luxury landmark property Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane invites guests to dine in style and savour an array of tasty vegan delights; from a traditional afternoon tea in Amaranto Lounge to both healthy and indulgent options on the à la carte menu at Amaranto Restaurant.

Set in the heart of Mayfair, just a stone’s throw from some of London’s hottest spots for sightseeing, shopping and theatre, Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane is the perfect place to treat yourself.

Take an afternoon break and indulge in a traditional plant-based afternoon tea (£46pp) in the cosy and elegant surroundings of Amaranto Lounge. Alongside a selection of satisfyingly sweet scones and seasonal vegan pastries, delicate finger sandwiches will also be served including baba ghanoush with roasted aubergine; grilled peppers with basil pesto (no parmesan); falafel with lettuce, tomato, and red onion; houmous & bell pepper; and cucumber & mint. Pair the afternoon tea with a selection of loose-leaf and herbal teas or, for that extra touch of glamour, a glass of champagne.

For those dining in Amaranto Restaurant, Executive Chef Henry Brosi takes inspiration from both international and British cuisine, reimagining familiar favourites to create classic dishes with a modern twist. Gourmands attempting ‘Veganuary’ can enjoy a selection of delicious plant-based dishes on the à la carte menu, including crushed avocado with pomegranate, coriander, and olive oil on gluten free toast (£10) for breakfast and warming apple & parsnip soup with curry and sourdough croutons (£15); or a tempting vegetable curry (£30) with cauliflower, potato, carrots, Romanesco and broccoli for lunch and dinner.

Alternatively, foodies on a ‘new year, new me’ health kick can opt for the superfood salad (£22), filled to the brim with plant-based goodness such as kale, baby spinach, pomegranates, peas, edamame beans, beetroot, quinoa, avocado, sunflower & pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, and white balsamic dressing.
