Alongside a selection of satisfyingly sweet scones and seasonal vegan pastries, delicate finger sandwiches will also be served including baba ghanoush with roasted aubergine; grilled peppers with basil pesto (no parmesan); falafel with lettuce, tomato, and red onion; houmous & bell pepper; and cucumber & mint. For those dining in Amaranto Restaurant, Executive Chef Henry Brosi takes inspiration from both international and British cuisine, reimagining familiar favourites to create classic dishes with a modern twist.
