Perfect for brunch, lunch or dinner and a fun night out, The House at Leamington Spa, lies on The Parade in the bustling centre of this lively town, and was taken over by independent and highly experienced hospitality operators, Freespirit pubs, in February 2023.
Freespirit Pubs is thrilled to announce that it has just opened its new pop-up dining concept, Number 75, located directly next door to The House and situated within the same venue.
Number 75
With separate access from Bedford Street, Number 75 showcases the best, local, seasonal produce from artisan suppliers and growers on its refined à la carte menu throughout the week, as well as a selection of top notch sandwiches for lunchtime diners (Wednesday – Saturday only), a daily specials board and a delicious Sunday lunch.
Behind the bar, a great selection of old and new world wines with many
of them available by the glass. The simple interiors of Number 75 offer clean lines and a cosy feel for a more sophisticated dining experience.
The House
This chic, modern bar and restaurant with an irresistible party vibe, has a highly skilled kitchen brigade headed up by Karolina Rosa, who also oversees the menus for Number 75. Passionate about creating and serving stunning seasonal menus of creative and beautifully presented dishes inspired by global food trends, Karolina also works closely with, and is a fervent supporter of the very best local artisan suppliers.
The House menus includes small plates with meat, fish and vegetarian options. A bottomless brunch is available on Saturdays and Sundays.
Lunch and dinner are served daily. Behind the bar, a substantial list of banging cocktails created by The House mixologists, plus mocktails, craft beers and a great wine list.
The House also offers a packed schedule of entertainment weekly with regular Live Music, DJ and Open Mike nights and a changing comedy line-up every Tuesday evening. On the second floor, a loft space for private parties, dinners and events for up to 70 standing and 40 seated.
Prior to its re-opening, The House underwent a sensitive refurbishment of its ground floor bar and adjoining dining rooms and is now a space finished in elegant dark greens with black tiles, curved leather chesterfield banquettes and vintage, industrial style furnishings, reclaimed timber floors and incredible chandeliers hang from the high ceilinged spaces in the ground floor dining and bar areas. On the first floor, ample standing and dancing space and a stage for live music performances, and on the second floor, The Loft for private hire.
