- North Wales
North Wales is the perfect holiday destination for those that love the great outdoors. There’s fantastic scenery to enjoy at every turn, from rolling hills to deep valleys and the beautiful coastline. On a sunny day, you could head to the beach to play games on the sand, swim in the sea and enjoy a picnic.
Alternatively, you could strap on your walking boots and head on a hike to see some of the most spectacular landscapes the country has to offer. You could make your way to Snowdon to do the Watkin Path, or Gwynedd to do the 9km Beddgelert Circular trail, enjoying the views as you go.
The Lake District is renowned as one of the most beautiful spots in the UK – and it’s easy to see why. With its vast blue waters, rich green forests, and spectacular mountains, it’s the perfect place to spend a holiday in the UK.
If you love the water, you could head out on a scenic boat trip around Lake Windemere. If solid ground is more your thing, why not do one of the fantastic walks or cycle through the forest?
