Sea moss is becoming a popular addition to people’s diets as it has a number of benefits. Sea moss is a type of seaweed, which is low in fat and calories whilst also being rich is vitamins such as iron, magnesium, and folate.
It is one of the best plant sources of omega-3 fatty acids and is packed with antioxidants, key for one’s health and can improve immune function keeping one energised.
There are many ways to take sea moss, some may just eat it straight off the spoon, but you can incorporate sea moss into your diet in a fun and tasty way.

Mango Sea Moss Smoothie
This sea moss smoothy is a natural wellness bomb. ·.5 cups water and extra for rinsing
Smoothie Ingredients
·(if not using ready-made)
1. Rinse the sea moss well and soak in warm water for 12-24 hrs
2. Rinse again and add to a blender
3. Add 1.5 cups of water and blend to a smooth gel
To Make the Smoothie
1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth
2. Serve in a glass
3. Store in the fridge in a sealed bottle for up to 3 days.

Tip: Add raspberries or blueberries, bananas, or apples
