Introducing the firecracker chick’n ramen, a vibrant, flavour-packed dish designed to set taste buds alight. Launched initially as an exclusive at wagamama’s noodle lab in October, this innovative creation hits menus nationwide on January 2nd, but only for a limited time!
The firecracker chick’n ramen showcases Alfie’s signature flair for soulful, plant-based cooking. Think crispy vegan chick’n, smoky roasted aubergine, and delicate rice noodles swimming in a rich, gochujang-spiced broth. Topped with sprouting broccoli, crispy chilli oil, spring onion, pickled red chillies, coriander, and a zesty squeeze of lime, this bowl is as bold as it is comforting.
wagamama’s passion for innovation and collaboration is evident in its ongoing commitment to making 50% of its menu plant-based, offering everything from lighter and healthier options to hearty main bowls, shareable plates, and family feasts.
