La Vie En Rose Afternoon Tea at Pavyllon London

Michelin-starred Pavyllon London brings together nature’s beauty and picture-perfect patisserie with its new La Vie En Rose afternoon tea, served in its elegant Lounge. Enjoy delicate finger sandwiches including the Ebi Sando with harissa and tomato and chicken Caesar with bacon butter. Follow with three tiers of sweet treats from Head Pastry Chef Gwenael Girad with the likes of strawberry and eucalyptus tart; verbena and vanilla baba; dark fruit pavlova; and Pimm’s style raspberries with chocolate and caramel, alongside ‘So British’ Scones.
 Served Friday – Sunday from 2.30pm to 4.30pm, running from 17th May until 2nd June. Priced at £75pp, £82pp with sparkling tea, and £95pp with a glass of Charles Heidsieck champagne.

Floral Afternoon Tea at Flemings Mayfair

The new floral afternoon tea from luxury boutique hotel Flemings Mayfair is inspired by roses. Served in the hotel’s elegant Drawing Room, start with a sparkling ‘Rose is a Rose’ cocktail, created in partnership with Lanique Spirit of Rose – distilled from thousands of rose petals and imbued with aromas of rose, raspberry and cherry. Tuck into a selection of sandwiches such as Scottish smoked salmon with cream cheese and roast Cotswold chicken salad alongside freshly baked scones and pretty-in-pink rose patisserie and a petal-shaped lemon tart.
 Served Tuesday – Saturdays from 2pm until 4.30pm. Available until 30th June for £65pp inclusive of glass of champagne or Rose is a Rose cocktail.

Spring Afternoon Tea at Pan Pacific London

The Spring Afternoon Tea at Pan Pacific London is a fusion of East meets West through florals and flavours. Crafted by Executive Pastry Chef Francesco Mannino, guests can opt for a Kopi Tiam afternoon tea which includes savoury treats like a siu mai basket; pork bao, and Sarawak pepper beef bean curd; or enjoy a more traditional affair of salmon, egg, and coronation chicken sandwiches amongst others. Both are served with plain and fruit scones, lashings of Cornish clotted cream, preserves, and the daintiest of pastries featuring Asian and British flavours such as lavender, pink guava and matcha rose.
