Two Birds – Passion Fruit Martini

With a tasty twist of the tropics, this infused English vodka makes for an agile summertime serve.

  • 50ml Two Birds Passion Fruit & English Vodka
  • 20ml Passion Fruit purée (made from passion fruit pulp, powdered sugar and water)
  • 15ml Vanilla Syrup
  • 15ml Lime Juice

Garnish with half a Passionfruit

Serve with 25ml of quality Champagne or Prosecco on the side.

Two Birds – Strawberry & Vanilla Bellini

Imbued with juicy strawberries and a hint of vanilla, this quintessentially English gin is perfect for a refreshing summer serve.

Chilled glass of Champagne or Prosecco topped with 12.5ml of Two Birds Strawberry & Vanilla Gin.

Garnish with a half-cut fresh strawberry  (resting one on the rim of the glass) and a fresh mint sprig.

For the ultimate showstopper, serve in a watermelon.

Pour 50ml of Two Birds Watermelon Gin and top with  Cucumber Tonic.

Garnish with fresh mint & lemon.

Quite simply put, a glass of liquid gold. Infused English Vodka with richly decadent caramel and a hint of sea salt, this will add a sweet flair to any seasonal get together.

Add ice to a tumbler and pour over 50ml Two Birds Salted Caramel Vodka. Top with Cloudy Apple Juice

Garnish with a fresh apple wedge and a sprinkle of cinnamon.
