Luxury bohemian hideaway, The Nautilus Maldives, is elevating the private paradise experience to new heights with the introduction of ‘An Island to Yourself’ exclusive buyout options.

Offering a fully personalised experience, the two new buyout packages include exclusive use of the entire island, located in the UNESCO Biosphere Reserve of Baa Atoll; exquisite accommodation; private butler service; The Nautilus Maldives unique airside VIP arrival service; return transfers via the resort’s liveried seaplane; breakfast; and a host of additional exclusive benefits.

With a total of 26 Houses and Residences, each with its own large private pool, The Nautilus Maldives ‘An Island to Yourself’ packages offer a variety of options for families or groups of friends, making it the ideal choice for milestone occasions, destination weddings or corporate retreats. For bookings of up to 62 adults, guests will have the run of the entire island; more intimate groups of up to 30 adults can also enjoy exclusive use of the island, with accommodation in 14 of The Nautilus’ Houses.

The Nautilus Maldives is the realisation of a vision of boundless privacy and unscripted luxury, where guests can choose exactly what they want to do, when and where. Casting off the anchor of inflexibility, rejecting the tyranny of timetables; The Nautilus liberates guests to enjoy a private island experience beyond the humdrum clockwatching constraints of opening hours and menus. Here, guests are free to be themselves, enjoy impromptu adventures and reimagine the island as their own personal playground.

Uniquely for the Maldives, a dedicated private butler is allocated to every room category; immaculate ‘boho-luxe’ interiors adorned with one-off collectibles and objets d’art give each and every House the feel of the private home of a friend with enviable taste. 17 one-bedroom Beach or Ocean Houses include spacious separate living areas and ample sun decks; seven one-or two-bedroom Beach or Ocean Residences have private dining rooms, wet bars and powder rooms.  At The Nautilus Maldives Retreat, tip-toeing over the lagoon on stilts, the two bedrooms radiate from the central living and dining room; The Nautilus Maldives Mansion is a breathtaking three-bedroom sanctuary on the beach offering acres of living space and the ultimate in seclusion.

Dining is unscripted and unscheduled, with masterful cuisine tailored to each guest’s taste. Meals can be taken anytime, anywhere, from overwater fine dining restaurant Zeytoun, beachside grill Ocaso, pool bar Naiboli to relaxed eatery Thyme. Sunrise sashimi on the sandbank, poolside picnics, moonlit meze; whatever the hour, The Nautilus’ chefs relish spontaneity.

A beautiful overwater spa featuring products by Maison Caulières and Omorovicza and specialising in bespoke wellness programmes and daily rituals; a liveried fleet of yachts; and a vibrant house reef all complete a quintessential Maldives experience at the very pinnacle of privacy, without need for gimmicks.

Both exclusive island buyout packages include daily breakfast; personal butler service; Champagne and tailor-made gourmet welcome platter on arrival; in-house anytime check-in and check-out; deli-style small bites at the pool bar until sunset; daily sunset cocktails; selection of three non-alcoholic drinks replenished daily; unlimited still and sparkling water; high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the island; use of the gym and scheduled yoga, fitness and meditation classes daily; use of snorkelling equipment; access to Children’s Area; packing and unpacking service; laundry service; and a farewell gift from the resort.
