  • 50ml elderflower cordial
  • 50ml soda water
  • 200ml The Emissary DOC Rosé
  • 4 mint leaves
  • 1 lemon

Mix ingredients in a glass and garnish with mint leaves and a lemon.

  • 20ml fresh lemon juice

  • 1 orange

Mix ingredients in a glass with ice, and garnish with an orange wedge

An effortless and refined twist on the classic Mimosa – a brunch favourite named after the historic Italian seaside city.

  • 50ml fresh mandarin juice
  • 150ml The Emissary DOC

Combine mandarin juice and prosecco in a flute.

Summer Spritz Cocktail Recipes – SICILIAN Fizz

A true taste of the Mediterranean, combining citrus fruits with sweet apple, elevated by the extra-brut prosecco and a final kick from the vodka.

  • 50 ml cloudy apple juice
  • 25ml vodka
  • 15ml fresh lemon juice
  • 125ml The Emissary DOC

Mix apple juice, vodka and lemon juice in a mixer with ice. Pour into a glass and top with prosecco. Garnish with a slice of apple or lemon.
