The Ivy Collection announces the relaunch of the stunning roof terrace at its Manchester restaurant, with a new Brasserie-Asian fusion menu and live entertainment. Located on the third floor of The Ivy Spinningfields, The Ivy on The Roof is available to book now, providing a vibrant garden oasis in the heart of the city, complete with signature Ivy décor, and sweeping panoramic views.
Exclusive new menu
Perfect for soaking in the last weeks of Summer, guests are invited to indulge in the exclusive rooftop menu, which features bold, seasonal dishes, carefully crafted by The Ivy’s team of talented chefs. The retractable roof means that regardless of what British weather comes to Manchester, plans are not disrupted, rain or shine.
Taking dining to new heights, the new menu includes a selection of small and large plates, salads, steaks, sides and desserts. What’s more, new and vibrant cocktails have been crafted to compliment the dishes.
From fresh Yellowfin Tuna Tataki with wasabi soy, avocado and jalapeño and indulgent Wagyu Short Rib Croquettes to a Peach, Prosciutto and Mozzarella salad or Lobster and Prawn Roll with lemon and garlic butter sauce and French fries, there’s something for all moods and tastes on the menu.
Guests with a sweet tooth can enjoy crowd-pleasing classics, such as The Ivy Chocolate Bombe, or opt for something with more zing, such as the Yuzu and Lemon Tart with a stem ginger base, black sesame meringue, raspberries and clotted cream.
Guests are invited to savour every moment, from a Sunset in Salford cocktail, to a final flourish from the dessert menu and pair the dining experience with live music every Friday and Saturday, with a rotating line up of the best DJs from 4pm until late.
