House of Sunny announces House of Sunny Pizza Party! collaboration with Unlock: where fashion, food and creativity collide in east London
Fashion and food will unite in a groundbreaking collaboration as House of Sunny, the cult UK fashion brand, takes over east London’s vibrant pizza spot, Unlock, from 5 to 15 December 2024. Dubbed the “House of Sunny Pizza Party!” this multi-sensory experience promises to blur the boundaries between art, fashion and creative Neapolitan cuisine.
With a limited-edition menu, exclusive House of Sunny capsule collection available to buy instore and online plus an immersive transformation of Unlock’s industrial-chic space, the announcement is the latest in the international trend of high-profile fashion-restaurant collaborations.
Founded in Hackney in 2011, House of Sunny has become synonymous with bold, sustainable designs and an inclusive global community. Led by founder and creative director Sunny Williams, the brand continues to capture the hearts of celebrities like Kendall Jenner, Dua Lipa, and Bella Hadid, as well as a loyal social media following affectionately known as the “Homies.”
Unlock, founded by Naples-born siblings Arianna and Giovanni Izzo, is a rising star in east London’s food and art scene. Renowned for its innovative gourmet pizza creations and its gallery space commitment to local artists, Unlock has quickly become a Hackney favourite and gained international curiosity when it launched ‘Luna’ – the world’s first pizza taco earlier this year.
“House of Sunny and Unlock share a deep passion for creativity, community, and bold aesthetics,” says Sunny Williams, founder and creative director at House of Sunny. Hackney is where it all began for us, so partnering with a local gem of a pizza joint like Unlock felt like the perfect way to bring this vision to life. Food, fashion, and art are universal forms of self-expression. We wanted to create a space that feels fun, welcoming, and inspiring— where you can also enjoy a slice of authentic Neapolitan pizza.
House of Sunny has curated a special limited edition pizza menu for the event, including a vegan ‘Luna’ – the world’s first pizza taco. The HoS Pizza will be topped with tomato chutney, Cantabrico’s anchovies, Parmigiano cream, Colatura di alici and tomato flakes. The HoS vegan ‘Luna’ Pizza Taco will include fermented Red cabbage, crispy cauliflower, vegan mayo, curly parsley served with beetroot hummus.
A limited run of pieces, including t-shirts, cardigans, hoodies, and caps, will be available for purchase in Unlock and online. The Unlock team will also debut new uniforms designed by House of Sunny.
