Honest Greens Opens Its First UK Restaurant in Soho

Thursday 11th Dec 2025 |

Honest Greens (Hg as it’s going to be known in the UK) opens its first UK restaurant in Soho tomorrow, Friday 12 December, bringing chef-driven, wholesome cooking to London at refreshingly accessible prices. Founded in Spain by three friends – Christopher, Rasmus and Ben – in 2017, they remain committed to the belief that healthy, tasty, real food of restaurant quality should be an everyday right – not a luxury.

High on the menu at Hg in London are the dishes guests across Spain and Portugal return for time and again. While the offer is seasonal, favourites on the Honest Greens menus are destined to become Soho signatures: the Charcoal-grilled Piri Piri ChickenCharcoal-grilled Lemon Mustard Chicken, and Charcoal-grilled Miso Salmon. Each is cooked by the chef team in the open kitchen over fire and served as part of Hg’s Market Plates and Garden Bowls, paired with bold Mediterranean-led flavours, plant-forward sides and house-made sauces.

These, and all mains come in at under £11, underscoring the brand’s commitment to making exceptional, nutritious cooking genuinely affordable.

Stand out Garden Bowls, all at £9.95, include Latin Lover – brown rice, beans kale, cabbage, avocado and cucumber with sour cream and roasted jalapeno, and Pistachio Caesar Crunch with broccoli rice, caramelised red onion, pistachio dukkah and parmesan crisp.  The generous sides include a seasonal Brussels Sprouts combination with cranberries, caramelised walnuts, lemon tahini and walnut pesto.

Located at 21 St Anne’s Court, W1F 0BJ, the new restaurant is designed for all-day dining, from health-led breakfasts featuring artisanal sourdough toasts made with Dusty Knuckle bread, to generous bowls, hot dishes and quick lunches ready in under 30 minutes.

The breakfast menu is extensive, how about Loaded Spanish Tomato Bread with avocado, salmorejo, plant based feta and a poached egg and spirulina, or Protein-Power Overnight Oats with tricolour quinoa, nut granolo, coconut yogurt, caramelised banana, almond butter and fresh fruits with sumac,

Guests can drop in for specialty coffee from Beans, Hg’s dedicated counter serving Ozone coffee, plus a large range of hot and iced drinks, and a selection of gluten-free, plant-based, refined sugar-free desserts and sweet treats such as Miso Koji Apple Pie or a Crispy Orange Caramel Cacao Bar or settle in for relaxed dinners and group gatherings at large communal tables.

Everything at Hg is made in-house daily using minimally processed ingredients with no additives, preservatives or refined sugars. Olive oil, fresh herbs, quality proteins and vegetables that taste like themselves form the foundation of every plate. The menu embraces gluten-free, vegetarian, plant-based and keto diets, ensuring broad appeal.

The space places people at its centre. An open, show-style kitchen puts chefs and ingredients on full display, showcasing the freshness and craft behind every order. Interiors, handcrafted by the brand’s Honest Lab, blend natural materials with Scandinavian simplicity and a subtle boutique-hotel warmth, encouraging guests to slow down without the usual Soho table-turn pressure. Curated DJ playlists shift the tone from morning energy to late-night atmosphere.  At the heart of the operation, the Hg kitchen and front of house teams are creating a feeling of real community and inclusivity.

Technology plays a key supporting role: the in-house Hg app lets guests order ahead, skip queues, save favourites and receive real-time menu updates, making healthy eating easier, faster and more personalised.
