Pop open the bubbly and raise a glass to the festive season at Ganymede, Belgravia’s hottest new drinking and dining destination.
Ganymede – from the team behind South Kensington favourite The Hunter’s Moon – is set to welcome revellers to celebrate the season with an unmissable Christmas Set Menu, and a four or five-course New Year’s Eve dinner, created by Chef Owner Director Oliver Marlowe, alongside Head Chef Dan Mertl (Michelin-starred The Glasshouse and Chez Bruce).
Festive season at Ganymede – Christmas Feasting
From 1st December, indulge in a sumptuous three-course set Christmas feast, featuring a host of indulgent and seasonal British dishes. Guests can choose from a range of starters including crown prince pumpkin soup and parmesan foam; duck leg pastilla, pan fried foie gras and celeriac puree; and smoked salmon and citrus butter terrine, beetroot, horseradish and landcress.
For mains, diners can delight in dishes such as warming slow cooked beef cheek, creamed potatoes, Brussels tops and girolles; white polenta, spiced aubergine and cavolo nero; or pan-fried hake, mushroom, truffle riso and cime di rapa. End your feast on a sweet note with a choice of decadent white chocolate crème brûlée, with golden raisin and bergamot compote; apple tarte fine, salted caramel and Muscovado ice cream; or a refreshing blood orange posset with Scottish shortbread.
Available at lunchtimes from 1st December, enjoy 2 courses from the Christmas menu for £30, or 3 courses for £35.
Festive season at Ganymede – New Year’s Eve
See in the New Year in style at Ganymede, with a spectacular four or five course tasting menu, complete with a glass of Charles Heidsieck Champagne, priced at £62/£75 per person respectively.
Featuring a stunning range of elegant and refined dishes, guests can feast on roast jerusalem artichoke, gnocchi and parmesan; hand dived scallops, mushroom riso, truffle and land cress; roast loin of venison, pommes cocotte, celeriac puree, salsify and trompettes; a selection of cheese from La Fromagerie; and chocolate and praline terrine, macadamia nougatine and milk sorbet cream.
The four-course menu will be available from 6-8pm for early diners, or to toast midnight in Ganymede, reservations for the five-course tasting menu will start at 8pm.
