Dipna Anand Brings Indian Fine Dining to Rhodes This September
This September, H Hotels Collection, one of Greece’s leading luxury hospitality groups, will host award-winning British Indian chef and television personality Dipna Anand on the island of Rhodes for two exceptional evenings of fine dining. On Saturday 20th September and Sunday 21st September, the adults-only Mayia Exclusive Resort & Spa will welcome just 40 guests each night to enjoy a specially curated Indian menu in an elegant setting overlooking the Aegean Sea, at no extra cost and part of the All-Inclusive package to guests.

For two nights only, Dipna will present a bespoke tasting menu that features the bold, aromatic spices of her Punjabi heritage. Every dish will reflect her signature vibrant, creative and meticulously prepared style. Guests will begin with pani puri, followed by an alu tikki chaat blast, both vegetarian friendly. The fish course will feature Papa Ji’s masala fish served with buttered naan, with a vegetarian alternative of baingan bharta, a smoked aubergine curry with naan bread. For the main event, diners can enjoy a lamb cutlet biryani with masala curry sauce, or a vegetarian option of paneer cutlet biryani with curry sauce. To finish, Dipna will serve deconstructed spiced mandarin cheesecake, a modern twist on a classic desert.
Co-owner of London’s Brilliant Gastro Dipna is a familiar face to UK audiences through BBC’s Saturday Kitchen, ITV’s This Morning and Celebrity MasterChef. Her contemporary interpretations of traditional Indian cuisine have earned her a loyal following and widespread critical praise.
