Autumnal Cocktail Recipes – VIVIR Bramble
50ml VIVIR Anejo | 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice | 1tbsp Agave Syrup | 1tbsp Blackberry Liqueur
Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, and add VIVIR Anejo, lemon juice and agave. Shake until well-chilled. Fill a small tumbler with crushed ice and pour over the shaken mixture. Drizzle the Crème de mûre over the top so that it ‘bleeds’ down into the glass. Garnish with your blackberries and sprig of rosemary for the aromas.

50ml Everleaf FOREST | 25ml fresh lemon juice | 15ml vanilla syrup | 15ml aqua faba (or egg white)
Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker and shake hard with ice. Strain into a cocktail glass and garnish with a lemon twist or edible flowers.

200ml hot milk or Oat milk|3 tablespoons Cool Chile Oaxacan Hot Chocolate | 2 teaspoons sugar | 25ml Pensador Espadin| Orange twist – express and discard|Cinnamon dusting
Stir all the ingredients until well blended. Garnish with orange twist and a dusting of cinnamon.

Add all the ingredients into a mixing ice with cubed ice. Stir until chilled and strain into an Old Fashioned glass filled with cubed ice. Garnish with popcorn and orange zest.
