 Côte Brasserie Alpine Menu

Côte Brasserie is the perfect place to experience the indulgent après lifestyle for those unable to make it to France’s snow-covered mountains this winter – no skis required.

Enjoy the restaurant’s lively and welcoming atmosphere, parallel to the vibe of après ski venues in The Alps, and tuck into a Tartiflette Luxe over the table, or treat yourself to an Alpine Chocolat Chaud with friends and family.

Côte Brasserie’s Executive Chef, Steve Allen, says: “I designed the Alpine menu to bring to life the excitement and warm hospitality of the French dining experience in the Alps, using high quality and authentic ingredients. Whether you’re dropping in to relax after a day on your feet, treating your partner to an elegant date night, or gathering for a light-hearted catch up with a group, our Alpine menu offers a perfect opportunity to gather together. There’s no need to avoid indulging this January – these cosy, traditional dishes are intended brighten up the greyest of days, après anything.”

Start your run with delicious Diots (£8.95) – smoked Toulouse sausage and cherry tomatoes sautéed in white wine with thyme, butter & caramelised onion, served with sourdough baguette.

A showstopping Tartiflette, synonymous with the French Alps, is the main event – available as a single portion (£14.95) or as a Luxe sharing platter (£28.95). This gratin of sliced potatoes, caramelised onion and smoked bacon lardons topped with melted Reblochon & Comté cheese, served with a green salad, truffle saucisson, Bayonne ham, honey tomatoes, cornichons and sourdough baguette, brings the heart of ski season to your favourite local restaurant.
