For a special and unique dining experience to ring in 2024, The New Year’s Eve Bohemia Restaurant Signature Evening package includes overnight accommodation in one of the hotel’s luxury deluxe rooms and a seasonal seven course tasting menu in the island’s only Michelin-starred restaurant Bohemia. Created by Head Chef Callum Graham, tempting dishes include foie gras parfait, venison wellington with roast parsnip and port & chocolate sauce, and a champagne mojito dome for dessert. Guests will hold the table for the entire evening and, should the mood strike at midnight, make their way to the stylish Bohemia Bar where a DJ will keep the party going, before retiring to one of the hotel’s elegant rooms or suites for a blissful night’s sleep following the festivities.
Package: £219 per person inclusive of overnight stay in a double deluxe room and seven course tasting menu plus breakfast and use of the spa.
For a more casual yet still elevated occasion, guests can book the Champagne Suite package. Taking place in The Club’s exclusive events space, enjoy a champagne and canapé reception at 7.30pm followed by a three-course dinner featuring dishes such as guinea fowl & foie gras terrine with cranberry and pistachio; duo of roasted Jersey Angus sirloin and braised short rib of Jersey beef with a rich jus and onion textures followed by a chocolate and orange dome with mince pies and coffee to finish. Guests can then head to the bar to enjoy the celebrations and DJ until 2am before returning to their stylish room or suite after dancing the night away.
Package: £169 per person inclusive of champagne reception, three course dinner and overnight stay in a double deluxe room plus breakfast and full use of the spa.
For those in need of rest and relaxation – pre or post your big New Year’s Eve night – the hotel’s excellent spa boasts an indoor saltwater pool, salt cabin, herbal steam room and experience shower.
