As the days get longer and the weather warms up, there’s no better time to refresh your cocktail game with vibrant, spring-inspired drinks. Whether you’re hosting a garden party or simply soaking in the sunshine, these cocktails are the perfect way to celebrate the season.

Rhubarb & Fig Fizz

Ingredients:

  • 135ml Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus
  • 35ml Rhum Agricole
  • 15ml Fig Liqueur
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • Cubed ice
    For the ginger syrup:
  • 100g fresh ginger, peeled and thinly sliced
  • 200ml water
  • 200g sugar

Method:

  1. To make the ginger syrup, add water and sliced ginger over a saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a gentle simmer and cook for 10 minutes to infuse the flavour. Remove from heat and strain out the ginger, then stir in the sugar until fully dissolved. Allow to cool before bottling.
  2. Add Rhum Agricole, Fig Liqueur, ginger syrup, and lemon juice to a chilled highball glass.
  3. Gently add cubed ice to fill the glass.
  4. Stir lightly to combine.
  5. Top with Franklin & Sons Rhubarb & Hibiscus.
  6. Garnish with a fresh fig.

    Pina Colada Spritz

    Ingredients:

    • 115ml Franklin & Sons Pineapple & Almond
    • 30ml Gold Rum
    • 20ml Coconut Rum
    • 25ml lime juice
    • 20ml coconut syrup
    • Cubed ice
    • 1 pineapple wedge
    • 1 pineapple leaf

    1. Add gold rum, coconut rum, lime juice, and coconut syrup to a chilled wine glass.
    2. Gently added cubed ice to fill the glass.
    3. Stir lightly to mix the flavours.

    5. Garnish with a pineapple wedge and a pineapple leaf.

    Solero Sunrise

    Ingredients:

    • 150ml Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic
    • 35ml Amontillado Sherry
    • 10ml Tequila
    • 5ml Agave Syrup
    • 1 lemon wedge

    Method:

    1. Add Amontillado Sherry, tequila, and agave syrup to a chilled spritz glass.
    2. Gently add cubed ice to fill the glass.
    3. Stir lightly to combine.
    4. Top with Franklin & Sons Sicilian Lemon Tonic.
    5. Garnish with a lemon wedge.
