‘Grey has become a go-to colour for home interiors because it’s versatile and timeless,” says Daniela Venturini, Art Director and Trend Forecaster at Wayfair. “It acts like a blank canvas, allowing other colours to shine through accent pieces and artwork without overwhelming the space. Grey tones range from cool blues to warm, earthy hues, making them adaptable for various rooms and lighting. But using grey correctly is essential – too much or the wrong undertone can feel flat. Balancing grey with warm accents, textures, and pops of colour adds depth, creating a space that’s both inviting and stylish.’
