In this new restaurant and event space, guests can enjoy exquisite five-course menus, each crafted to perfection, embodying the essence of each season. Every visit to Aldeana will offer a surprise of fresh new additions to the menu, with a strong focus on using fresh ingredients, often from the grounds of the restaurant itself.
La Estación
The story of La Estacion started when Kevin Roth fell in love with Puerto Rican food and culture, after meeting his wife Idalia in New York City. In 2006, they made the move to Puerto Rico and lovingly restored a former Esso Gas Station in the popular coastal town of Fajardo, on the eastern-most tip of the Island.
This unique space became the home to a newly coined style of cooking, Nuyorican BBQ, a combination of a love for Puerto Rico and passion for barbecue. Roth cooks on an open fire of woodsmoke, natural charcoal with ingredients sourced from local farms and waters. They blend their own spices and make all their dressings and sauces on site, supporting the Island’s farmers, fishermen and commerce and offering a truly local experience in a fun and totally unique venue.
