St James’s Market’s celebrated Scandi hotspot, Aquavit London, is set to launch a new Savour of Scandinavia tasting menu series.
Kicking off on Friday 30th September, with subsequent events on 28th October and 25th November, guests will enjoy six spectacular courses for £95 per person, with an optional drinks pairing available for an additional £85.
Designed to transport your taste buds to Nordic terrain and give you a chance to try limited-edition off-menu dishes, each installment of the series will spotlight quintessential Scandi serves and take place in the intimate Copenhagen private dining room. Hosted on a communal table and with each course introduced by Head Chef Jonas Karlsson, this covetable dining series is one not to be missed.
For the inaugural September tasting menu, expect a sensational seasonal six-course spread with dishes including Scandi snacks of smoked salmon, sour cream and dill; potato foam with autumn truffle; Orkney scallop and braised pork belly with cauliflower and caviar and Highland roe deer with chocolate and beetroot.
In addition to the optional drinks pairing, a carefully crafted cocktail list, inspired by fairy tales, offers an array of tempting choices.
