Transport yourself to tropical climates with our twist on Bermuda’s national cocktail – KEEPR’s Dark ‘n’ Stormy takes the fire of ginger and balances it with the honey and spices of our rum to get you feeling like you’re on the pink sandy beaches of beautiful Bermuda.
Ingredients
- 50ml Honey Spiced Rum
- 25ml Lime Juice
- 5ml Ginger Syrup
- Soda Water
- Lime Wedge
Method
- Add lime juice, ginger syrup, rum and a small handful of crushed ice to a shaker and shake until you can no longer hear the ice. Crack open the shaker and add a dash of soda water. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice and top with soda water if needed. Garnish with a lime wedge.
Rum Cocktails – WHITE RUM RUSSIAN
A KEEPR’s Honey Spiced Rum take on a traditional White Russian cocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 measures of 50ml Honey Spiced Rum
- 1 measure of Keepr’s Espresso Vodka
- A splash of double cream
Method
- Add the rum and Kahlua to a Boston tin. Fill with ice and shake
- Pour into a rocks glass
- Add a splash of cream.

Ingredients
- 50ml Honey Spiced Rum
- Cola
- 3 limes
- Ice
- Mint
Method
- Add three lime wedges to a glass and crush
- Pour in 20ml of lime juice and 50ml of rum
- Fill with ice and top with cola. Finish with a slice of lime and a sprig of mint.
