Spring is here and if you’re looking for the perfect tipple to sip at your next BBQ, then ANON Spirits have got you covered. Aimed at both those looking to cut down on their booze intake and the dry drinker, their innovative collection has been designed to drink neat or mix into cocktails.
Founded back in 2021 by Julian Ebbutt, ANON kickstarter with their now signature hero product, English Garden, which is the only zero-alcohol Pimms alternative on the market. Its instant success allowed Julian to expand ANON’s portfolio, which now includes five unique products.
Nothing says British summer more than Pimms, and English Garden gives the iconic tipple a booze free twist that doesn’t disappoint. Blended with natural flavours of summer fruits, mint, cucumber, orange, apple and strawberry, this delightfully refreshing spirit is best served over ice with a sprig of mint topped up with tonic, lemonade or Prosecco.
We loved this one, and found it worked best when mixed with a bitter tonic to help balance out its sweetness. It’s easy to see why this product has picked up several industry awards.

There are now several zero alcohol spiced rum on the market, but we found Spiced Cane to be the most satisfying. Its warming blend of cinnamon, lemon, vanilla and ginger is irresistible and is lovely on ice or mixed with Coke Zero. And, whilst it doesn’t have that boozy kick you get with rum, it’s still an exceptional alternative. This was my personal favourite.

Fusing bitter orange, juniper, herbs and several botanicals, ANON’s take on Italy’s classic cocktail does a darn good job of transporting you to a holiday in the Mediterranean. Whilst leaning more towards the sweet side, it doesn’t have all the bitterness of a Negroni, but it still packs a punch when mixed with tonic and a slice of orange.

Aperol Spritz has enjoyed a resurgence over the past decade and any dry drinkers missing their Aperol fix will be satisfied with this bonafide flavour bomb. Its blend of orange, citrus and herbs make it versatile enough to mix well with a variety of different tonics. We found it went well with Fever Tree Elderflower, or of course, mixed with soda water and a slice of orange. In a nutshell, it’s summer bottled.
