Turtle Bay’s Bottomless Brunch just got even better, with a fresh line-up of new dishes, an expanded menu, and the same feel-good Caribbean vibes that guests know and love.
Leading the charge are brand-new brunch additions, each inspired by bold island flavours:
Breakfast Rotis – Meet our new brunch heroes. Each one is wrapped in a hand-rolled flatbread – soft, warm and perfect for soaking up the Caribbean spices. They’re loaded with your choice of smoky bacon or fiery jerk sausage with a fried egg or vegan sausage and sweet plantain. All served with buttery sautéed mushrooms and a punchy sweet chilli jam.
Smashed Avo, Poached Egg & Bacon on Sourdough – a brunch favourite, turned up Turtle Bay style. Creamy smashed avocado and crispy smoked bacon meet a fiery hit of scotch bonnet for a bold Caribbean twist on a classic.
Ackee on Sourdough Toast – Jamaica’s national fruit, reimagined. We’ve taken this Caribbean classic and given it a modern brunch twist – think soft scrambled ackee with peppers, onions and Scotch bonnet on toasted sourdough.

For the first time ever, guests can choose from the full Brunch & Lunch menu during their Bottomless Brunch – offering more variety than ever before. From a selection of small plates to full-on flavour feasts, including the iconic Curry Goat, and the signature 24-hour marinaded Jerk Chicken, as well as newly enhanced burgers and wraps, there’s something for every appetite and occasion.
And the drinks? Still as generous as ever. Turtle Bay still gives guests two hours of bottomless cocktails, prosecco, draught lager, and low & no alcohol options – all served with a side of Turtle Bay’s laid-back beats, a game of dominoes and Caribbean warmth and hospitality.
Bottomless Brunch is available every day, with last sittings at 5pm (3pm on Saturdays), making it the perfect excuse to get together, graze through some Caribbean flavour, and sip the afternoon away.
