A sumptuous red thanks to the ‘appassimento’ style of winemaking, when grapes are picked at peak ripeness and left to dry in special crates, concentrating all the sugars and flavours. The result is a seriously rich and silky texture, with intense sweet black and red berry fruits and hints of spice. Delicious for sharing over rich pasta dishes.

Exclusive to Majestic, this unusual wine from 100% Garganega grapes is gorgeously bold and fruity thanks to the grapes being left to dry to concentrate their flavours (more commonly found in red wine production).
