At The Alma in South West London, Sundays are a celebration of the finest roasts shared as a family-style feast. The ‘Sunday Better’ selection takes the classic roast to the next level with the Thors Hammer; a 48-hour slow-braised shin of beef for 3-4 people served with all the trimmings, from duck fat roast potatoes and maple glazed carrots to charred seasonal greens, larger-than-life Yorkies and bottomless gravy.
