You’ll kick things off with a Lychee and Rose Petal Bellini—a romantic blend of Hendricks Gin, Lichi Li liqueur, pink rose cordial, and Prosecco that’s practically designed for clinking glasses.

- Vegetarian Platter: Gulabi paneer tikka, tandoori broccoli, and soya golouti kebab
OR - Non-Vegetarian Platter: Tandoori chilli garlic prawn, lamb shikampuri kebab, and malai chicken tikka
