Tarte Tatin: delight in thyme-infused roasted celeriac enveloped in a flaky, buttery crust, complemented by unctuous black garlic, tender lamb’s lettuce, and a crunchy pumpkin seed granola.

Hand-Cut Venison Tartare: relish finely seasoned venison paired with maitake mushrooms, a creamy cured egg yolk, and a luscious smoked buttermilk dressing.

Pan-Seared Sea Bream: enjoy perfectly seared sea bream accompanied by fregola, fragrant garlic prawns with an aniseed tang of tarragon, and  luxurious langoustine bisque, crowned with smoked caviar.
