Who says roasts are only for winter? Marylebone’s favourite neighbourhood hangout, 108 Brasserie, has given its famous Sunday roast a vibrant, sunny makeover with its new summer menu – including elevated fresh sides and an Instagram-worthy Pimm’s summer berry trifle to share!

Kick off your experience with a zesty Summer Spritz, a sparkling glass of champagne or call over 108 Brasserie’s show-stopping Bloody Mary trolley, loaded with top-notch spirits, mixers, and mouth-watering garnishes, ready to craft the perfect drink right at your table.

Now your drink is in hand, choose between opening acts of three Jersey Rock oysters with shallot relish; tomato gazpacho soup with early harvest olive oil and basil; classic prawn cocktail with spicy cocktail sauce; Chapel & Swan Suffolk smoked salmon with dill crème fraiche, caper berries and lemon & Guinness bread; or endive salad with stilton cheese, apple, walnuts, and wholegrain honey mustard. 

For the main event, dive into timeless classics or opt for dishes with a fresh, summery twist—perfect for celebrating the season. Enjoy West Country minted lamb rump; roasted rib beef; or half roasted thyme and rosemary corn fed chicken, all served with ever-replenishing Yorkshire puddings & roast potatoes, honey glazed heritage carrots with mixed seeds, summer vegetables and lashings of gravy. 

Feeling the summer heat? Order an exclusive Sunday special of whole or half lobster roast with spicy garlic and herb butter, jersey royals and salad; or poached Scottish salmon with English asparagus, Jersey royals and Hollandaise.
