allows you to experience alpine dining from right here in Yorkshire.
The Orchard’s location, set in the heart of Grantley Hall and looking out over its West Lawn is set against a backdrop of winter furs and nods to alpine interiors which ooze chalet chic.
The Après at The Orchard menu is nothing short of decadent. It celebrates après-favourites including traditional cheese fondue, caramelised French onion soup, chargrilled hickory smoked sausages and delicious hot chocolate desserts. There is a focus on sharing d
ishes – which makes it perfect for dining with friends and family – such as the tartiflette or cheese fondue. Après at The Orchard is the perfect spot to escape the cold and snuggle up in a magical alpine destination, where luxurious winter cocktails await.
Bar & Restaurant EightyEight
If pan-Asian dining is more up your street, then look no further than Bar & Restaurant EightyEight. Grantley Hall’s exciting modern eastern experience offers a unique fusion of Yorkshire produce and far Eastern flavours.
The restaurant is design-led and is set across two levels, with oriental influences everywhere; it even has its own ornamental Japanese Garden, with ties to the history of Grantley Hall itself. Be sure to check out the light installation in the ceiling which certainly sets the mood to drink and dine.
EightEight’s dynamic chefs take inspiration from classic Asian dishes to create a modern eastern experience using the finest Yorkshire ingredient. Bringing a new and vibrant take on a traditional Sunday Lunch, our the Sunday Sharers menu is perfect to enjoy with friends and family; with the ‘8 at EightEight’ tasting menu and its vegan counterpart offering the best journey through the menu.
The cocktail menu is inspired by ‘ikebana’ which is the art of Japanese flower arranging and so explores cocktails from the garden, such as ‘Cherry Blossom’ or ‘Orchid’.
The Fletchers Restaurant menu is comprised of British and European cuisine, made from the finest locally sourced seasonal produce and designed by Head Chef, Craig Atchinson, and his team. Choose from fillet of beef wellington, to roasted venison loin and cauliflo
wer and truffle risotto.
The modern British themed restaurant sits within the Queen Anne wing of the Hall and is the perfect place to enjoy sophisticated, casual, all day dining set in a relaxed atmosphere. Combining traditional oak panelling with historic fireplaces, it is a place to admire the tranquil parkland setting. For more intimate affairs, Fletchers Restaurant also offers two private dining areas: Brook and Parklands to choose from.

Last, but by no means least, embark upon a culinary journey at the Michelin-starred Shaun Rankin at Grantley Hall, the gem in Grantley Hall’s culinary crown. The restaurant was awarded its first Michelin star after only 15 months of opening.
Explore Shaun Rankin’s ‘Taste of Home’ ten-course tasting menu, which showcases locally grown and sourced ingredients; taking advantage of the herbs and vegetables grown in its very own Kitchen Garden.
