VIVIR Tequila is produced from estate owned Blue Weber Agave, which is grown for nine years in the highlands of Jalisco in Mexico. VIVIR Tequila use traditional hornos (clay ovens) to cook their Agave, and natural volcanic spring water from the well at their distillery. The end result is a fresh and flavour filled spirit that keeps the bright notes of Agave right at its heart.

VIVIR Tequila Paloma

Ingredients:

50ml VIVIR Tequila Blanco
60ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
10ml Lime Juice
Soda Water
Salt rim and pink grapefruit wedge to garnish

Method:

Prepare a highball glass with a salt rim.
Add all ingredients, except the soda water into a cocktail shaker with ice.
Shake until cold.
Strain into the prepared glass with ice.
Top up with soda water.
Garnish with a wedge of pink grapefruit.
