Transport yourself to tropical climates with our twist on Bermuda’s national cocktail – KEEPR’s Dark ‘n’ Stormy takes the fire of ginger and balances it with the honey and spices of our rum to get you feeling like you’re on the pink sandy beaches of beautiful Bermuda. 

Ingredients

Method

  • Add lime juice, ginger syrup, rum and a small handful of crushed ice to a shaker and shake until you can no longer hear the ice. Crack open the shaker and add a dash of soda water. Pour into a highball glass filled with ice and top with soda water if needed. Garnish with a lime wedge.

  • Add three lime wedges to a glass and crush
  • Pour in 20ml of lime juice and 50ml of rum
