AIR CHARTER SERVICE REPORTS A 75% INCREASE IN ENQUIRIES YEAR-ON-YEAR SINCE 1 MAY…HERE ARE THE FIVE MOST POPULAR DESTINATIONS FOR POST-PANDEMIC TRIPS

The world’s largest aircraft charter broker, Air Charter Service has reported an increase of 75% year-on-year in private jet enquiries since 1 May 2020.

With many commercial flights still grounded and the post-pandemic traveller favouring hygiene, personal space and flexibility, private air travel provides a secure and hygienic means to get from A to B. Passengers can avoid busy airports and stay within their ‘bubble’ of close family and friends. In the post-COVID-19 landscape, where much of the world feels inaccessible, Air Charter Service can facilitate tailored flights to destinations that are not currently serviced by commercial flights, or beautiful, remote places only reachable by private jet.

Here, Air Charter Service reveals the top five most popular destinations for post-lockdown trips*

1. SPAIN

ACS’s most popular destination for post-pandemic trips is Spain, which opened its borders to UK travellers on the 21 June, ten days earlier than originally planned and with no quarantine measures in place. UK travellers can be in the Spanish sunshine, within just two hours.
