Ingredients:

- 200ml sour cream
- 10 Oreo cookies, chopped

Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 160°C (320°F). Line a 23cm (9-inch) springform pan with parchment paper.
- Make the crust: In a bowl, combine crushed Oreos and melted butter. Press evenly into the base of the pan. Chill in the fridge while preparing the filling.
- Prepare the filling: In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add sugar and vanilla and mix until creamy. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in sour cream. Gently fold in chopped Oreos.
- Assemble: Pour the filling over the chilled crust. Smooth the top with a spatula.
