Upgrade Your Probiotic
Most of us feel like we have some pounds to lose. In fact, New research commissioned by Pro-Ven Probiotics questioned 2,003 respondents throughout the UK and found that over three quarters (79%) of Brits are self-conscious about their waist, stomach and abs – with almost all of those struggling to lose weight in those areas (90% waist and 89% stomach and abs).
In the largest clinical study of its kind on the effect of probiotics on weight loss, participants of all ages saw a reduction in their weight, waist circumference and BMI after taking one Pro-Ven Probiotics ShapeLine capsule every day, for six months. This probiotic provided weight loss of between 3 and 7lbs, reduction in waist circumference of 1-2 cm and a reduction in BMI by 1-4%. The results are even more impressive as participants were not placed on a calorie-controlled diet and made no changes to lifestyle or exercise regimes, indicating that all of the weight reduction benefits were as a result of the probiotic.
ShapeLine is particularly beneficial for those who want to lose weight over a longer period of time, in a healthy and sustained way. Now you can start your day knowing you’re not only looking after your gut health but your weight too!

Isabella Venour, Mindset Coach & NLP Practitioner, (www.mind-style.com) discusses how to prepare a winning mindset for the day ahead.
I like to start the day with thinking about at least one thing I’m grateful for. Even when I wake up ‘on the wrong side of the bed,’ there is at least one thing I can think of. This small moment helps shift my mindset to a positive one of abundance. It’s a good base line to start my day with.
One of the first things I do, after breakfast and before I get to work is to set my intention for the day. What one feeling or focus do I want to commit to today? Maybe I was restless yesterday, so today I want to remember to slow down and take small consistent steps. Perhaps I’ve been struggling to sit down and complete a task so my intention is to start with the biggest challenge and get rid of distractions.
To keep you motivated throughout the day, it’s important to be your own best friend and give yourself well-earned breaks or things to look forward to. We are all motivated by different things, for me it might be a sweet treat, cup of tea, speaking to friends and family, doing an activity outside. I sometimes set myself a timer and at the end of that, no matter how work is going is put my things down and do a little something that brings me joy and motivates me.
Things sometimes do and sometimes don’t go according to plan. That’s life. But what life can always give us is a lesson to learn from. Be ready for life’s knocks and unexpected bumps, prime your mind to see them as opportunities rather than set-backs. I like to use a mantra I learnt while training to become a coach – ‘there is no failure only feedback’
