This is such a brilliant and fascinating topic to discuss. First of all, I would like to share with you my understanding of what the word Dharma means.

Your Dharma is your spiritual destiny. The work that is encoded in your soul. You will know you have aligned with your dharma, as when you show up to do this work, you will experience an enormous sense of peace, satisfaction, and a profound knowing that you are in alignment with your soul’s most excellent path and most incredible destiny.

Many women have been programmed to go along with the 9:00 to 5:00 corporate entrainment program that has been enforced upon us as a collective.

This system trains everyone to essentially be robotic and rewards non-critical thinking and behaviours that do not question the current system and how it operates.

This corporate culture and this 9-5 culture has had a huge impact on the Divine feminine as a whole, as many of us have been programmed from an early age to regard success as acquiring a safe and secure job in the corporate world – which essentially means working for someone else, either a person or a corporation and making them exponentially more wealthy…..

We are now in the digital age, and this is changing so much of our relationship with the workplace. In this modern-day and modern age, many of us can work remotely and easily. We can work from home, as for many of us so much of our workday is connected to the online world and networking via social media and other internet forums and platforms.

This has hugely changed our collective relationship with our Dharma. And from what I can observe, many people are now attracted to the entrepreneurial path and are inspired to find ways to fill their time and make money that are soul heartening and enjoyable for them.

I am connected to an extremely powerful group of women in the coaching industry who are making extortionist amounts of money through feminine empowerment and following their Dharma via the feminine empowerment route.

Many of these women come from the self-development world. Some of them come from health backgrounds, and some even come from corporate backgrounds whereby they have experienced burnout in the corporate environment.

They have been drawn to the world of coaching and becoming a spiritual entrepreneur, as they have seen that there is so much time, flexibility, satisfaction, and a huge income to be made in this area of work.

There are other career paths where women are profoundly excelling, and following the path of their spiritual Dharma path. I have noticed this with many artists and musicians.

If you are stuck in a corporate job, my questions to you are:

Are you happy?
Are you satisfied?
Do you feel relaxed every day and know that your soul is home in the work that you do?

If you answered no to any of those questions, then now would be a wonderful time for you to do some digging to find out what your true spiritual Dharma is.

I will give you a clue:

*It’s what you are really good at.

*It’s what brings you the greatest happiness,

*and it’s what you can monetize.

These are three top tips to assist you to activate and identify your spiritual Dharma.

Once you’ve found your Dharma, I would highly recommend taking actions on the external level towards the actualisation of your Dharma.

In my own journey, I have noticed that when you do discover your true spiritual Dharma and let go of your attachment to all your other ways of earning an income, the most extraordinary doors open for you, doors of great opportunity, great wealth and great possibilities.

But it definitely requires you stepping out of your comfort zone and reaching towards your dreams, and following your heart every step of the way.
