One of Leeds’ favourite dining and rooftop destinations is inviting guests to celebrate its first birthday with four days of live music, exclusive birthday treats and special food and drink offers.
From Thursday 30th July to Sunday 2nd August, CrowdedHouse will be throwing a weekend-long celebration, with live entertainment taking over the venue from day through to night. Guests can expect everything from house band performances, a headline set with one of Manchester’s finest, Kimmi K, on 9PM Saturday, vinyl DJ sets spinning funk, soul and disco to Ibiza classics, house music and a laid-back reggae rooftop session to round off the festivities.
As a thank you to everyone who has supported the venue throughout its first year, every dining guest across the birthday weekend will receive a complimentary slice of birthday cake, with every table also in with the chance of winning a round of cocktails on the house.
On Saturday, the first 50 guests, after 12PM, will be treated to £1 Margaritas in the bar. The celebrations continue on Sunday with £1 Bloody Marys in the main restaurant from 12PM till 5PM – the perfect excuse to round off the weekend in style.
Since opening its doors last year, CrowdedHouse has quickly established itself as one of Leeds‘ go-to destinations for food, drinks and rooftop events, welcoming more than 30,000 guests and earning industry recognition, including winning Best Social Media at the Oliver Awards 2026.
The venue has become renowned for its lively events calendar, hosting everything from rooftop brunches and fitness sessions to Leeds Pride celebrations, while collaborating with local favourites including Homeboy Pizza Co., Elethea Studios and RYDE. Its menus have also proved a hit with guests, serving more than 7,700 oysters, 2,200 CrowdedHouse Burgers and pouring over 8,300 margaritas during its first year.

The birthday celebrations are just the beginning of a packed summer at CrowdedHouse. Guests can also look forward to a special chef collaboration dinner featuring Head Chef, Simon Jewitt and Shane Zhao from Wood Hall, previously seen on MasterChef, alongside a calendar of rooftop parties and further collaborations with some of Leeds’ favourite independent businesses.
