CELEBRATE NATIONAL SEAFOOD MONTH AT BOHEMIA

Celebrate National Seafood Month this October at Jersey’s only Michelin-starred restaurant Bohemia, situated in The Club Hotel & Spa, with a spectacular new seafood menu from award-winning Head Chef Callum Graham.

Taking its lead from the bounties of the Jersey shore, this seven-course menu showcases the freshest seafood alongside local and seasonal ingredients, paired with an impeccable selection of complementing wines.

Expect sensational seafood dishes including cured and torched local mackerel, served with fennel and orange and Jersey crab panna cotta; pan-fried cod, served with globe artichoke and chardonnay vinegar purée, shimeji mushroom, Wiltshire black truffle and fish jus; and sea bass and barbecued braised octopus, with ratatouille and tomato beurre blanc, showcasing expertly crafted and creative flavour combinations.

Other picture-perfect plates include a tomato and burrata salad, served with yellow tomato and scotch bonnet sorbet, with tomatoes sourced from Jersey’s very own La Chasse Farm and a palate cleanser of pistachio, strawberry and elderflower mojito. The sweet finale to this superb menu is a white chocolate dome made from the finest Valrhona Ivoire chocolate. 

This seven-course tasting menu is available from now until the end of November and is priced at £120 per person, including wine pairings for £185. Opt for an additional course featuring a selection of artisan cheeses from cheesemonger Jean-Yves Bordier for a £16 supplement.
