Axia is a refreshing, botanically complex, extra-dry 40% ABV spirit. With its crisp, extra dry profile, it is perfectly suited to classic cocktails, long drinks, or on the rocks – the ultimate spirit for National Cocktail Day on Sunday 25th March.
Axia takes the millennia-old rules of Mastiha-making, and artfully twists them, aligning seamlessly with the spirit of our times. Distilled from the aromatic resin of the Mastiha tree, a gnarled and twisted evergreen found clutching to the hillsides of the Aegean island Chios, Greece, Axia is a new-to world, premium, extra dry Mediterranean spirit.
Nose: An immediate fresh, botanical aroma with hints of citrus, pink roses and the herbal notes of green peppercorns balanced by the earthiness of Mediterranean cypress.
Taste: Initially fresh with notes of pine, the taste is reminiscent of coastal Mediterranean forests. The earthier botanicals are balanced with the citrus bitterness of grapefruit.
Finish: A soothing roundness of bergamot delivering a soft and velvety mouthfeel.

50ml Axia Spirit | 150ml Pink Grapefruit Soda | Slice of Grapefruit
Pour Axia into a chilled tall glass, add ice cubes, and top with pink grapefruit soda and a squeeze of lime juice. Garnish with a slice of grapefruit.
— AXIA SPRITZ —
30ml Axia Spirit | 15ml Crème de Fraise | 5ml Yellow Chartreuse | 100ml Prosecco | 25ml Soda
Build into glass over ice, garnish with strawberry slices and serve.
— BLOODY MEDUSA —
45ml Axia Spirit | 150ml Tomato Juice | 2 Dashes of Worcestershire Sauce | 1tsp Lemon Juice | Pinch of Celery Salt | Tabasco to Taste | Black Pepper
Add ice cubes into a tall glass and pour in the Bloody Mary ingredients and stir. Garnish with celery, olives, and a lemon wedge.

50ml Axia Spirit | 150ml Fever-Tree Mediterranean Tonic Pour Axia into a chilled tall glass, add ice cubes, and top with tonic. Stir and garnish with a rosemary leaf and a slice of orange.
— AXIA MASTIHA MARGARITA —
45ml Axia Spirit | 25ml Triple Sec | 7.5ml Agave | 22.5ml Fresh Lime Juice Line the tumbler rim with salt. Mix all the ingredients in a shaker, give it a shake, and pour over ice.
