Six by Nico Leeds, the innovative dining experience which rotates its creative menu every six weeks, has announced an exciting new “versus” series for its next six-week rotation. For the first time, Six by Nico is asking customers one crucial question – are they a dreamer or an adventurer?
Choose your own culinary adventure. Dreamers are invited on a journey within, exploring Guilty Pleasures through the eyes of a chef, while adventurers journey across the globe, discovering the food treasures and delights of Shanghai.
This refreshing twist promises a more tailored dining experience, with customers now able to choose between the two tasting menus over the usual six-week period. Both menus will run consecutively for three weeks at a time, with Guilty Pleasures cooking from 12th August to 1st September, followed immediately by Shanghai, from the 2nd September to 22nd September.
Guilty Pleasures
The Guilty Pleasuresmenu requires you to take your seat and tuck into a naughty but seriously nice menu. Forget moderation, Guilty Pleasures is all about refined indulgence and offers a unique take on the comfort dishes that we all secretly enjoy. Over-enjoyment is encouraged and a hunger for uniqueness is rewarded.
Alternatively, adventurers can be transported to the bustling streets of Shanghai to let their imagination run wild around the city’s famous street food districts. Inspired by the Magic City’s vibrant food scene, this menu captures their interpretation of the culinary melting pot and serves up mouth-watering dishes that will transport your taste buds.
The menu includes the following:
Snacks
Sesame Lobster & Prawn Toast, Shellfish Emulsion, Citrus Ponzu Gel
Andrew Temple, Chief Creative Officer commented on the menu: “This is a completely new concept for us at Six by Nico. While our previous menus have focused either on a concept or a destination for the full six weeks, we have been listening to our guests who have been missing on our theme menus but too, we have an abundance of those who love exploring new food regions with us and experiencing our interpretation.
“So, we wanted to challenge ourselves and give our guests the chance to decide which menu appeases them most – a menu of Guilty Pleasures through the eyes of our chefs, or a journey around the world to explore our interpretation of the bustling streets of Shanghai. We can’t wait to see what our customers decide!”
